Studijní program: Specializace v pedagogice Studijní obor: Andragogika a management vzdělávání ABSTRACT This diploma thesis deals with lifelong education - adult education in formal, non-formal and informal education. The diploma thesis discusses about the concept of lifelong learning and the effect of education in the life of an individual. The aim is to briefly compare and evaluate lifelong learning opportunities with an emphasis on non-formal education, more specifically on retraining courses. In the diploma thesis, I deal with the strategic management of retraining courses in the field of non-formal education as well as the possibilities of innovation of the courses mentioned. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part, there are discussed in more detail the conditions for obtaining accreditation for organizers of retraining courses, conditions and possibilities of support for applicants for the retraining course by the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, there is discussed the advantages for employers to support their employees in non-formal education. The development of unemployment in the Pilsen Region

The thesis contains a literature review of the concept of unemployment. Explains the concept of the labor market as supply and demand in the labor market, which takes balance, what are the kinds of labor market imperfections and mentions interventions in the labor market. Analyzes in detail the concepts associated with unemployment, and the frequency and duration of unemployment, types and measurement of unemployment, natural rate of unemployment and relations with inflation risk groups unemployment, migration of workers and the causes and consequences of unemployment. Part of the process is to look at the work of the Labor office of the Czech Republic and the related employment policy. The second part contains an analysis of the data obtained at the Labor office of the Czech Republic, Czech Statistical Office and the personal agency ManpowerGroup. In data processing, analysis focused on the attitude of the Pilsen Region to the Czech Republic, the development in the Pilsen Region and individual districts. On analyzing the data follows the evaluation of results, synthesis and assessment of developments in the next period. Forecasts for the future are evaluated favorably.
